1. In what kind of areas are you doing taxi rental business?
Serving all major cities and towns in Northeast India. We have our fleet in Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim and adjacent states. We also run long-distance runs and inter-state trips. Simply give us your destination and we’ll arrange it.
2. What is Northeast Trails' fare for a taxi?
Booking will be done via our website, telephonically or via WhatsApp. All bookings are confirmed immediately. Before the start of your journey we share driver’s information. Everything is kept to a simple and fast process.
3. Do you have a one way and round trip?
Yes, we offer both. One-way or round trip tickets can be booked. Fair price is charged for each option. We charge straightforwardly from the off.
4. What kind of cars are there?
Sedans, SUVs and larger cars are available for groups. Regular checks carried out on each car. We customise the vehicle according to your size and travel purpose. This ensures that you have a comfortable journey next time while traveling.
5. Do your drivers have experience driving on hills?
Absolutely. Our drivers are familiar with the hill roads of the Northeastern U.S. They take sharp corners and steep inclines with gentle steps. Safety is our first consideration on all rides.
6. Is there a taxi available for outstation travel?
Yes, we offer outstation and multi-day trips. Routes include stopping for scenic views and rest stops. Our drivers are flexible in your travel plans. We want you to feel at ease on your trip and not rushed.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to a few hours before you pick up. The exact policy is explained at booking time. No hidden fees or unexpected costs. Trust is important to us.
